A one-time fee of $1,000 CAD

Yes. You’ll receive six months of phone and email support, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Vancouver time). Need longer-term support? You can extend it at $4,000/month, adjusted annually for inflation.

As the licensee, you’ll be responsible for sourcing your own materials through the recombed suppliers we provide, setting up fabrication or working with a third-party manufacturer, and managing any required building permits.

Yes, the Quick Wall™ system is protected by a U.S. utility patent. This means the core design, materials, and assembly method are legally safeguarded against imitation. As a licensee, you gain access to a proprietary system that competitors can't legally replicate - giving you a clear advantage in bids, market credibility, and customer trust. This patent protection helps you stand out with an exclusive offering in a competitive construction environment.

No, this is a non-exclusive license, meaning other approved licensees may operate in different regions or markets. However, we aim to avoid oversaturation by limiting the number of licensees within a given area. This approach protects your opportunity while allowing the system to grow sustainably across multiple regions.
