Patricia has worked for major corporations such as Shell Oil and Canadian Turbo, handling financial filings and technology implementation, and holds a NASDAQ Series 7 General Securities Certification. She transitioned to the real estate industry in 2002 and achieved induction into the Re/Max Hall of Fame and Platinum Club. Her excellent networking skills have helped her develop extensive business and personal relationships. Since 2018, Patricia has served as FLEX's full-time President and CFO, utilizing her valuable experience.

Varad completed his education at UBCO, earning a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing and Material Science (alloys). Before that, he worked as a Production Planning and Control Engineer in Training at Nivitech Engineers for two years. With his knowledge and experience, Varad has become adept at handling various aspects of product design and development, project management, and manufacturing processes. His expertise in these areas has helped him become an invaluable asset to any team he works with.

Gaurav holds a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from UBCO, specializing in Material Sciences and Manufacturing Processes. He worked as a research assistant for 2 years under Dr. Heinz Voggenreiter and Dr. Rudolf Seethaler in Materials & Processes for Aero Engines and Sensorless Control of Piezoelectric Actuator, respectively. Gaurav also participated in SAE BAJA and Efficycle. With extensive experience in R&D, product design and development, and project management, Gaurav is well-equipped to handle challenging projects.

Darren coordinated the market analysis of Modular Composite Structures in 2019, working with Mustel Marketing and other contractors. He also developed the company's website and contributed his expertise in fabrication and machining to the building of prototypes. With experience in start-ups from his time at Club Penguin, Darren is well-suited to the dynamic environment of the company.
