The first step in our system involves installing the panel connector. This serves as a secure connection between the individual wall panels, ensuring stability and precision from the very beginning. Simply bolt the connector to the wall using 3/8-inch bolts. Everything is pre-drilled and easy to install with basic hand tools, making the process efficient and straightforward.
Next, position the wall panel for a precise fit. The wall panel is lightweight enough to move by hand and can be carried into place. Thanks to the modular design, the panels align seamlessly with the base track on the foundation and the wall connector that was just installed, creating a polished, professional look that is structurally sound. The panel is then slid toward the wall connector to align with the pre-installed bolt holes, allowing for fast and efficient installation.
